About the Coordinating Team

The Mission Strategy work is facilitated at the Diocesan level by a task team for each of the goals outlined in the BCMS Report. The work of these teams is connected and guided by a team of coordinators who have been working since early 2008 to organize the implementation of the BCMS report.

The coordinators are made up of a core team working together with a consulting team and the leadership of the task teams for each goal. They are responsible for connecting the work of the four task teams with the congregations, ministries and governing bodies that make up the Diocese.
